Haley is very passionate about taking care of her patients. She does an excellent job of communicating patients' concerns with physicians. In particular, I am very impressed with her bringing up concerns about patients with physicians in the manner that would address the acute needs. Her persistence about the patient's deteriorating clinical condition made me evaluate and look deeper into what was going on and this led to figuring out an important diagnosis that was missed during the prior hospital encounters. Such dedication and advocacy and passion towards patient care should be applauded.
