Haley had a new mother in the Emergency Department that was going to be transferred to another facility. The patient was going to be unable to see her newborn who was in the NICU. Haley facilitated the mother getting to see her baby boy before leaving the ER with the NICU, security, and nursing supervisor. Haley stayed over her shift and took the mother to the NICU. The mother was very grateful for the compassion that Haley had for the mother during such as difficult time.
