Our daughter had a bad reaction to a new prescription. The reaction was making her panic. Halima went above and beyond to make sure our teen knew what to expect, asked her questions to find her comfort level within some of the options, and told her she was welcome to say no at any time. Halima made a scary evening a time that eventually put a smile on each of our faces. Halima has a gentle and reassuring bedside manner and even while dealing with unusual situations found humor and moments to smile. Halima was a shining light. Thank you so much!
