Halima is the hardest working employee I have ever seen; Halima never hesitates to help anyone with anything they need. Halima is a polite person, collaborative, and has ethical behavior. Halima is working very hard to teach others, and if you need Halima’s support, Halima will be your right hand and will guide you to the right thing.

Halima is always willing to support the staff, even out of duty time. We call her all the time for CRRT trouble shooting and they even went out of their way to get a piece of critical equipment from another hospital when supply chain couldn’t provide it.

I have learned so much from Halima, always goes out of their way to provide our special needs patients and their families a person centered approach. Halima held multiple birthdays, celebrations, and recognitions for patients, families, and staff from their own pocket. Families always look for Halima’s and trust her expertise.
