Halina Palla, BSN, RN, CCRN

Halina is one of the hardest-working people I know. She has dedicated her life to the profession of nursing, but not only to her patients but also to her coworkers and staff. She will always go above and beyond for every person around her to make sure they are well taken care of and loved. She works diligently to help grow and support our unit both by helping develop individualized education pathways but also by sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience. She also helps take care of the staff by doing anything she can to help them outside of work as well. She will pick people up for work & take them home. She will help connect people to doctors that can help them, and she will give you feedback that can be hard to hear, but is given with love and with the intent to help you grow. She is the backbone of our unit, and we all love her with all our hearts.
