She took care of my baby for 4 nights and consistently cared for him and our family as if we were her own. She went out of her way to soothe him watching for when his heart rate started to climb and coming to calm him before he was awake and screaming. This allowed me to get the rest I so desperately needed during that stressful time. Her bedside manner put me at ease, and her rapport with the team members made the most uncomfortable procedures, such as our PICC placement, so much easier. She is a true gem and went above and beyond making one of the hardest times of our lives just a little easier with her care.
