I stayed in my room for 2 days after going to St. Luke's ER for low sodium levels. Hallie was particularly good at responding to nurse call lights, which I made repeatedly on my second day. I was concerned about my symptoms (tingling, shortness of breath, fatigue, and headaches). I have been sick like this before and it absolutely freaked me out. Hallie, her staff, and the doctor went above and beyond the call of duty responding to my many questions, particularly about diet. Through that process and experiencing different foods, I may have discovered some needed adjustment to my diet.
