Hamza Abu Syam, RN

Hamza is a charge nurse who was nominated by registered nurses. One of the staff who had surgery has given his testimony of how supportive Hamza was during the time he was undergoing this period and even after when he was staying home. Hamza was checking up on him, supporting him, and making sure that he was well. The staff mentions that Hamza deals with his villa in a fair manner, regardless of their race or nationality, and does so in a respectful manner. Another staff mentioned that his strong leadership and communication skills are seen in his role as a charge nurse. He is able to deal productively and positively with the patients and their families. His staff feels that he is approachable and always willing to listen to their concerns. His willingness to go beyond his role and his dedication to the patient, their families, and his staff is worthy of recognition.
