I am writing to commend the care my 6-year-old daughter has received at your hospital. She has been treated at your facility multiple times and typically requires extended stays due to her condition. Her treatment includes receiving special medication intravenously, which often causes her significant pain. My wife and I do go through stress and pressure due to the fact we have a total of 7 kids, and our daughter is the 5th among all brothers and sisters. Also, especially being so sad seeing our daughter suffering pain and difficulty breathing on top of that losing weight and continuing drop of Oxygen.

During her recent visit, I observed several nurses attempting to insert the needle into her hand but struggling, resulting in considerable discomfort for her. However, Hamza managed to perform this procedure smoothly.

The nurse demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism while maintaining a gentle and humble demeanor. We’ve been lucky to have them by our side. They are extremely skilled and provide excellent professional assistance to all patients.

This nurse has formed a friendship with our daughter over the past two years and gained her trust. I have also noticed that the other children in the hospital are fond of them and are always happy to see them.
