Han Do was absolutely amazing during my time in the hospital. Having to go in for another unexpected surgery was not ideal for me, and I was a bit down for some time leading up to the surgery. Han took her time to make sure that I was comfortable; she really put me at ease, and we were able to identify common topics to discuss and laugh, all while she efficiently and professionally prepped me for surgery. I couldn’t remember the last time I had a chance to genuinely laugh the way that I did. She ignited a spark, a glimmer of happiness that had been distant for some time. I felt safe, taken care of, and confident that I was in good hands.
