To the NICU team I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire NICU department. I have always known that this department is highly professional but my personal experience truly exceeded all expectations. From doctors to nurses, every single person demonstrated exceptional care and dedication.

And the cherry on top of cake was Nurse Hana for consecutive days she was by my side and my baby’s side with remarkable commitment and compassion. Even though I am mother of two I learned so much from her - valuable things I never knew before. During each visit, she never left us unattended, she was always there helping with genuine care and devotion. What impressed me the most was her incredible attention to detail - noticing even the smallest things that most people wouldn’t think off. Her constant smile, energy and willingness to help her fellow nurses created warm and uplifting atmosphere. She turned a stressful time into a beautiful experience. I wish her all success and hope her to rise to the highest positions - she truly deserve it.
