Hana is a kind, compassionate, caring nurse who is highly technically competent. She helped me so much that I believe she needs a tangible recognition of all these virtues, characteristics, and technical proficiency. The teamwork on this floor was exceptional in every way. All these workers are going above and beyond to provide the best care.

I had the privilege of having Hana as my nurse when I stayed at Butterworth Hospital for 10 days. Hana was very attentive and compassionate. She is a very sweet and professional individual who, in my opinion, went above and beyond her duties as a nurse. She would offer to bring me items to occupy my long and boring days as I had no phone and limited visitors. Hana even offered to bring me things from outside, such as nail polish. She made it a point to stop in to say hello and check in on me even when she wasn’t scheduled to care for me. In my opinion, Hana’s outstanding bedside manner is a beautiful characteristic. We need more Hana’s in our hospitals.
