Hanaa is an outstanding nurse and one of the best staff members in this department. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for her treatment and care over the last 4-5 years. Hanaa always extends her support and kindness to all patients. She is a true professional in her area and has outstanding leadership skills and commitment. Since I started my dialysis treatment, Hanaa has been there for me and all other patients with her wide experience, family-like comfort, and always pleasant personality and smiles. In my case, Hanaa has always been the problem solver when many other nurses fall short in taking care of me during the dialysis preparations as well as during and after treatment. Hanaa is an obvious example of high dedication, caring, commitment, and compassion. She is the best.
