Nurse Hanaa's compassionate nature shines through in every interaction.
A patient was experiencing severe anxiety before a minor procedure. Recognizing their fear, Ms. Hanaa sat with the patient and spoke with them, explaining each step in simple, clear terms and answering all of their questions. She even brought a warm blanket and joked with them to lighten the mood.
The patient's pain and anxiety significantly decreased because of her kindness and willingness to take the time to make them feel safe and cared for. She is described as a nurse who always greets patients with a smile, which uplifts them.
