Hang was recognized by the sister of a patient, who although unconscious, was treated with the kindness, compassion, and gentleness expected by all patients and family members. Hang inquired about the patient's life, which was coming to an end. She interacted with all who visited, including the young family members. She was willing to answer any questions and freely gave hugs to those needing comfort. Hang went "above and beyond" her skill set as a caregiver and granted the patient and her family with emotional support during their very difficult time.
