I could not go home without telling Memorial Hermann what a great job Hanh did for me. Her knowledge about nursing and the drive she had to get the job done really blew me away. She had no fear to call doctors to get my meds changed and did not hesitate to call the pharmacy when my meds did not come. She had an answer for every question that I asked and knew my chart from memory. Wow! When I called for her to bring me something she was always there in less than 5 minutes and had all I asked for. Thank you, Hanh, you were and are amazing!
