I want to say thank you to Hanna, who took exceptional care of me during my stay. I was severely ill, and Hanna always listened to my needs and always took the time to have simple and pleasant conversations throughout my stay. This was my first time ever admitted to the hospital, and it was overwhelming. At the same time, my father was also in the hospital for weeks, and I could not be with him, so I was really emotional. It was just a tough time for me all around. She made this hospital stay so much easier for me. Hanna was so kind. She listened from her heart with compassion. We need more Hanna’s in the world!
