We had a patient family member having a psychotic breakdown here in ICU. She had a history of heart problems, so the family was concerned. I was concerned with the level of psychosis she seemed to be developing. I called Hanna to tell her we were coming down. Despite a full ER, she made a place for the family member and took it all in stride. She didn’t complain about how busy they were she just took care of it. It was awesome.
