I came into the ER Department in the worst pain of my life. Hanna quickly evaluated the problem, reduced my pain, and helped to get a permanent solution for my gout flare-up in a professional and quick manner. I will always return to the ER because she treated me with the utmost respect. ProMedica needs many nurses like Hanna.
