My Mom had immunotherapy treatment. Coming here can sometimes give my Mom anxiety and can be nerve wracking. Today, Hanna met us right at a level with compassion and care. It showed in her work, her attitude, and set up. She gave my Mom a sense of peace and her BP was lower than it has ever been. I'm so grateful we got the best of the best today. Thank you Hanna Jones!!

From the first time of my infusions starting in 2022 (my third time of 6 month treatments since 2018), Hanna was aware that due to past allergic reactions, I was nervous starting my "new" chemo. Hanna patiently took time to slowly explain my pre-meds and new chemo meds and has been consistent in her diligence and professionalism along with a gentle compassion to my needs. I commend all the staff today. I especially commend Hanna for her fine dedication. Thanks Hanna, for all you do for our patients, families and team members.
