When my grandson was born, Hanna was so patient and kind. Always available when we called. Explained things in a calm and patient manner. For example, when my daughter-in-law was in pain, Hanna did not hesitate to help find her relief by calling the anesthesiologist right away. She was constantly back and forth, in and out of the room. She was always asking if we needed anything. Her hard work and kind attitude are what a nurse should really be!
