This nurse did an extraordinary job in taking care of my son and daughter during their appointment today. My daughter has a phobia of needles and was extremely nervous about the blood test. Last year, she fainted during the procedure, but today, the nurse changed that. She taught my children ways to lessen their nervousness, made them feel very comfortable, and stayed by their side throughout the test.

Thanks to this nurse, my children, especially my daughter, had a very positive experience and now feel less scared. I hope all nurses are as compassionate and caring as she is. Thank you very much!
