Hanna McNeely, RN

Hanna McNeely was awesome from the moment I got to the Emergency Room. They were full and very busy. She never let that get in the way of caring for me. I ended up having a blood clot in my lung, and she explained everything that was happening and going on. Never did her attitude or beautiful personality change even though she had so many more patients than just me. I was scared about my situation, but Hanna comforted me, letting me know everything would be ok.
