Hanna Paulson 2, RN

From the first time Hanna entered the room to see me she was smiling, and her eyes were sparkling. Her whole face showed she loved her job and was immediately helpful. Her ease of conversation put me at ease. She does go above and beyond to care for her patients. She was very diligent when giving out my meds. She actually found an error that could have easily been missed. Her gentle way of making patients feel like they are cared for is much appreciated. We, as patients, feel calmer when our nurses extend understanding, patience, and empathy which she truly does. She was always asking what else she could do to make me more comfortable. I know as a patient when someone (our nurse) comes in smiling and happy to see us and happy to be doing her job, it makes us feel better just by her upbeat and caring personality and makes us feel we’re in good hands.
