Thank you, Hannah! Stay amazing girl!

Hannah took extremely good care of my mama who has autism and is always in fear. She stands out as a genuine caretaker, taking care of my mama even better than me! She is the first one in the last two stays to wash her hair. She even put it in ponytails! And combed it! The first one to notice my mama’s discomfort (of which there is much) with laying so much and gave her pep! It helped so much – the first time in all stays that someone cared enough to recognize that. They have to be very observant because she feels intrusive to even hit the nurse button if she believes she is disturbing them. Hannah helped her to know with perfect words that she loves to come to help her with any need and made her feel comfortable and safe. Big deal. She was crying when I got there because of Hannah. We will all sleep well tonight! Thank you so much. Hannah is a gem among nurses and gives beyond the minimum to personalized, complete, comforting care! Things are so much better here at Sky Lakes!
