There was a patient and his wife who were getting confused about what medications, what times, and what dates to take medication, and when follow-ups were for surgery. The wife came to the clinic, and Hanna took her into a room, sat down with her, and worked through her calendar and instructions, writing down dates, times and important information for her. The patient and his wife were very grateful. Hanna went above and beyond for this patient.
