I do not have any singular example of in which Hannah showed how wonderful a nurse she is because every single interaction with her was excellent. Our son, being a one-year-old, started to associate the yellow overcoats the nurses were wearing with discomfort. He would start to cry when a nurse came in wearing one, which was a reasonable reaction in his situation. Except, he would not cry when Hannah would come into the room, even though she had to do all the uncomfortable things every other nurse was doing. She had a very gentle and healing touch, which our son picked up on. Thank you, Hannah, for helping our little boy get through a rough time and making our days a little less stressful.
