Our family is no stranger to frequent hospital stays; therefore, we know more than anyone when a nurse goes above and beyond to take care of a patient. Bedside manner, patience, and confidence are things not all nurses have. Hannah has them all!
Never being told what is happening next or what to expect, or being followed up on when you ask them something, is the worst part of being in the hospital. Hannah did just the opposite; she said what she was doing, told us what the vitals were (out loud, which we can't express how important that is to a patient), let us know what to expect next, and took the time to answer any questions we had patiently and kindly.
Hannah is a total asset to your hospital. We were so lucky to have had her take care of us.
