I just had my baby boy via C-section and my milk had not come in yet. After a frustrating few hours, I went to Hannah for help in the form of formula. Before asking for formula, she tried to help me by bringing a breast pump in. The pump was having some issues and she worked diligently to get it to operate correctly. It didn't work correctly due to a flap not closing. After pumping for 2 cycles, I still had nothing to give my son. I felt terrible. Hannah brought the formula in, fed my son, and made sure we were all okay. At one point, she had to check my son's blood sugar due to what I mentioned to her. She is very attentive!
Hannah was amazing! She's caring, passionate about what she does, kind, efficient, the list goes on. When I was discharged, I was honestly sad that I wouldn't be able to tell her thank you so much for everything and making a difficult time much easier to handle. Thank you!
