Hannah is very caring, very knowledgeable, and very nice. She made us feel at ease and made our day great when we stayed with our son. She explained everything she was doing, and I was able to feel at ease. She let us put our twins together and finally have a bond with each other. I was able to hold both of my babies together and also give some milk on a swab to my son. Hannah guided me through changing my son's diaper since I was a bit paranoid about all the wires attached to him. We have never had a nurse who cared about her patients as much as she does. There were concerns about some of my son's vitals, but Hannah broke it down into simpler terms and explained that sometimes sensors mess up since they are very sensitive. Hannah was the perfect nurse for our baby. Hannah even corrected some information that we were given about which onesies we could bring for our son. Hannah went out of her way to find and freehand draw a template so that our twin could have their footprints as butterfly wings. She also made sure to explain to my wife about the breast pump in the room and went to find all the pieces that she would need to use it.
