Hannah is by far the best nurse that I have ever had the experience of knowing. Through my stay as a patient, her caring and professional attitude epitomized what a nurse should strive to be. I have been around hospitals working with EMS for 28 years. Sometimes a patient can feel like a number and like their concerns don't matter. I never felt this way with Hannah. She genuinely listened to all my concerns and actively answered all my questions. She was very empathetic to not only my needs as a patient but also my wife's needs as a family member, being over an hour away from home. Hannah made a scary situation much easier to deal with for both of us. I felt like I was being taken care of by my family. Hannah Cicione is an amazing asset to the great care I received here.
