Hannah is the ultimate team player. She is very professional and positive even on her toughest days. Hannah builds up her team with words of encouragement and offers to help when times are busy and stressful. Hannah is always on top of assessing her patients. She is the definition of our mission. She has the kindest heart and sweetest soul. She treats every patient and family member like the one she loves the most. Hannah is flexible and willing to do whatever she needs to meet her patient's needs. She can establish a special connection with even the most difficult patient and family.

This is the sixth day/night that my mother has been on this floor. Hannah has been special as her nurse. From the 1st time, she came into our room. She not only did nurse things, she would do diaper changing and cleaning my mother. Making sure my mother's needs were all completed before leaving the room. Hannah was the only nurse that offered me anything to make my stay with my mother complete. Mother and I feel very strongly about the compassionate way that she provided for us both. Mother couldn't get out of bed or help herself in any way. Hannah was a God gift to the whole family during this time with Mother. Always a smile and she makes you feel it's her pleasure to be your nurse.
It's been our pleasure being in this hospital. Thank you, Hannah, for the treatment you gave my wonderful Mother during this time. Hannah, you made our family feel like your family. It made sending Mother to a long-term place so much easier with your compassion you gave us all.
