We came to Rowan ward in September for our planned c section. Hannah Crockatt greeted us. We made her aware of my partner having been diagnosed with Non Hodgkin lymphoma; she immediately arranged for us to be transferred to a side room for the duration of our stay. Hannah attended the theater with us and was constantly reassuring us, she was amazing. Once upon the ward my partner was emotional being a first time parent who had previously been told he may not be allowed to attend the birth. Hannah was reassuring him constantly on how well he was doing. She went out of her way to signpost my partner to the IAPT service. We honestly cannot thank her enough for her support during our 2 days in hospital. She is dedicated to her profession. My partner has made contact with the service and is receiving support, thanks once again Hannah for everything.
