Hannah Cuthbertson, BSN, RN

As a new RN involved in the nurse residency program, I can truly say that the transition from LNA to RN would not have been the same without Hannah. Hannah showed up each and every day ready to show other nurse residents and me how to provide the best care for patients, following all policies. She always made me feel comfortable asking any question, no matter how stupid I thought it was. She encouraged me to use my critical thinking skills to figure out the best plan of action or ways to improve patient care. She is always there checking in and making sure that I as a person am okay. She has been my shoulder to cry on and my biggest supporter. I truly don't know what I would have done if I had not had Hannah by my side through this process.
