Hannah exudes the characteristics of relationship-based care every day in her trade. She makes the patients feel comfortable and calm by always having a smile on her face and taking time to communicate the plan for the day. She focuses on the "whole" person and not only meeting their physical needs but emotional and psychological needs as well. We have a long-term patient on our unit, and I have witnessed her coming to visit this patient on her day off to bring the patient and family dinner, along with taking some time to make the patient feel amazing, by styling her hair. Hannah has the ability to provide the highest quality of care within our profession.
