Hannah Glefke, RN

Hannah has been so helpful and compassionate to my mother while going through her serious medical condition, leading to hospice. She has been kind and supportive to my mother, myself, and the rest of the loved ones present. She helped explain my mother’s tolerance of procedures and guided us through the steps of her care. She gave hugs when they were really needed. She helped make my mother comfortable and presentable for a visit from her grandchildren. I appreciate all of the little efforts she has made for my mother and my family. Thank you!
