hannah grimm, RN

Hannah is a phenomenal nurse. She is a new-grad but does an outstanding job with patient care. I frequently follow Hannah and always know everything will be done with no complaints from patients or families. I recently followed Hannah after a hard case in which the patient was bleeding profusely from a leg incision. Hannah faithfully and competently changed the dressing every two hours, administered two units of blood, and advocated for the patient so that by the time I came on, the patient had stabilized and wound and surgery consults were made. Cardiology admitted this patient and when the doctor and nurse practitioner came by they specifically told me to thank the nurse who had changed the dressing throughout the night. Hannah is one of a kind and a high-caliber nurse. I can only imagine what great things she will accomplish in the future.
