Hannah has exemplified your core values and done so in a way that sets an example for others. She is able to lead others in a caring way that makes them want to help. She absolutely knows the value of little things as she brought me a Diet Coke to replace a Diet Pepsi a friend brought me because she knew I preferred diet Coke. Hannah exemplified the core values of leading by example, taking care of the whole patient, excellent team player, going above and beyond, etc... I've had nurses who have not demonstrated these core values and I can attest that the experience of the patient is dramatically different!! Having a nurse that is positive, uplifting, and willing to go the extra mile is essential to the patient experience. I walked into the hospital for back surgery not being able to do some things for myself. Thus having a nurse who is willing to go the extra mile and bring positivity is as essential to my care as any medication I could be given.
