This is to let you know of the kindness of nurse Hannah Hill to my mother. When admitted days ago my mother arrived with no working batteries for her hearing aids. When Hannah Hill heard of this situation she immediately stepped in and provided her own batteries for my mother's use. Her generosity and compassionate caring for a patient's comfort are remarkable and very much appreciated by my siblings and me. With Covid preventing us from caring for our mother, it is wonderful to know she is well cared for in your hospital. The nurse assigned to Mother today cared enough to seek a solution to her problem even though it was not strictly medical and Hannah jumped right in with a generous gift of her own batteries. Both nurses and your hospital care are a real credit to HCA.
