Hannah had a newly diagnosed diabetic patient. They were to be discharged over the weekend. She was unable to buy her supplies. Hannah bought her glucometer, strips, and supplies at Walgreens so she could go home that day. Hannah made sure she knew how to work the glucometer. She also went over diet modifications and healthy choices.
