Hannah was our day shift nurse for the duration of my daughter's visit. When we first arrived, I was sleep-deprived and scared. Hannah came in and went over everything that happened with my daughter before I arrived. She took time to make sure I understood everything, eased my worries, and allowed me the space to voice my concerns.

Hannah did things that I, myself, could have done.....make bottles, made my bed, changed diapers, soothed my daughter when I couldn't. When I used the call light, she was there in under 5 minutes. When I had surpassed 24 hours of no sleep and had a bit of an emotional breakdown, Hannah sat with me, reassured me that I am a good mom, held my daughter and got her calm, and even went as far as ordering my daughter a dinner tray when I was not mentally in charge of my emotions and able to. Hannah frequently popped into the room to not only check in on my daughter, but also to check in on me. Hannah went above and beyond a nurse's duty!
