Hannah was a gem from the moment she said hello.

From the very start, she communicated clearly and compassionately about my husband's outpatient procedure and recovery: explaining the 12-hour NPO requirement and the six-hour observation period with calm, empathetic detail. Her repeated apologies for difficult news made us feel seen, not dismissed. Hannah's attentiveness and gentle care were immediately evident. 

When he suddenly became nauseated and then began losing color and consciousness, Hannah sprang into action. She never lost control- calling his name, monitoring his vitals, and calling for assistance while calmly narrating what was happening to staff in real time. Her ability to manage the emergency while keeping everyone informed and reassured was nothing short of remarkable.

Throughout this frightening moment, she remained equally attentive to our family. She kindly escorted me to a quieter room, assured me he would be okay, and held me as I cried. She shared a personal experience that reminded me she cares not just as a professional but as a fellow human who understands this side of illness. Her professionalism was perfectly balanced with genuine warmth and empathy.

Hannah's exceptional care continued into the evening. She·made my husband, my daughters, and me feel safe, heard, and respected during a traumatic episode. Her bedside manner, clear communication, and calming presence transformed a terrifying experience into one where we felt supported at every step.
