Being helped by Hannah has been a major and positive change towards my mental and physical health.
I've been in the hospital for almost a month, so I've been dealing with different nurses on a daily basis. Being helped by Hannah has been a major and positive change towards my mental and physical health. Hannah was the only nurse to make sure to say goodbye before the end of every shift, and she always asked if I needed anything before she left.
One specific situation she helped me with was the first time she was assigned to me. My belongings (including my ID and debit card) were not returned to me when I was moved to this hospital. After I asked Hannah to help me, she swiftly contacted the right people and got my belongings back to me.
I have been through dozens of hospitals for the past decade in five different states. Good-hearted, nonjudgemental, patient nurses like Hannah don't come by every day. The staff at Dell Seton better cherish and protect employees like Hannah. I would personally recommend for every single student nurse to follow Hannah for at least a week in order to recognize true compassion and pure-hearted work ethic by following Hannah's example.
Every single time when my depression hit a new low, talking and venting to Hannah would make me whole again, and I felt like I was a human being again. Thank you for being you!
