My husband was admitted to the hospital at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin. Hannah was assigned to his room. Immediately, Hannah was friendly, helpful, and ready to be his "go-to nurse." She continuously came into the room with a bright, cheerful smile on her face and made the best of every situation with her positive comments. My husband responded well to her direction and guidance. Hannah followed all the rules of providing great healthcare and would support answers to our questions with best practices from the Mayo Clinic Health System. Every time she went by the door to our room, she would stick her head in the room and ask my husband how he was doing. Then, she would ask how I was doing. She was always attentive to our needs and concerns. Hannah is constantly on the move and doesn't sit around waiting for events to happen. Her communication skills were excellent. We always knew what was coming next as she kept us updated on my husband's schedule. Hannah would be a great mentor for newly graduated nurses entering the medical field. Her medical and presentation skills were extraordinary. She possesses important and vital people skills. For such a young nurse to show such deep caring for her patients is remarkable!
