Hannah was very attentive and supportive during the entire process of my thyroid tumor removal surgery. She was very attentive during the recovery process, attending to pain medication and oxygen levels prior to my release. She carefully monitored the oxygen levels, adjusted accordingly, and coached me through the breathing to successfully obtain the needed level. Even when she had to step in for another patient, she never lost sight of my needs and always maintained an attentive watch. I never felt neglected or a less priority. When requested, I received ice chips, and she also offered a popsicle to soothe my mouth and throat. The entire medical staff (surgeon, anesthesiologists, and all other nurses were amazing). I just want to give special attention to Hannah for making me feel safe and cared for during and after the procedure. She's an excellent nurse. I recognize how important it is because my background was working with Shriner's Hospital, and Hannah is at the top of the list of top-quality nurses!
