When I unexpectedly had to have my daughter via emergency C-section, my world was turned upside down. My recovery was much easier than my daughter's recovery. She was intubated and spent several days in the neonatal intensive care unit. All the staff there were excellent but Hannah went above and beyond to answer all my questions and my mom's who frequently called. She provided such excellent care for my baby and explained everything she was going through in words I understood. She was attentive, kind, and paid attention to detail. I could really tell she loved her job and was very good at it. Whenever Hannah was working, it was a good day, it was easier for me to leave the NICU so that I could recover knowing my daughter was in the best hands. I believe my daughter and Hannah formed a special bond during her time there. I will forever be grateful for Hannah who cared for my daughter!
