Our twins were born early at 30 weeks. We gave birth at another hospital and were quickly shipped here to Grandview NICU. Since we have been here, we were lucky enough to have Hannah by our side the entire time. She has gone above and beyond countless times to accommodate us and our families. Everything was happening so fast for us so with every question or update, her having an immediate answer to it was huge for us and made us both feel more at ease with everything going on.
Being a nurse myself, it's rare to see someone who truly cares for her patients as she does. After Hannah learned that my wife was unable to hold either of the twins before they were transported, she has now ensured at least daily that my wife is able to hold each of our children. She has quickly felt like part of our family.
