Hannah Meehan

During her NR 464 clinical, Hannah recognized that her patient was deteriorating and took it upon herself to check the patient's vital signs. The patient was found to have a temperature of 108 degrees Fahrenheit. Her alerting the nurse about the patient's condition led to a rapid response being called and likely saving the patient's life. They were able to move the patient to the ICU for closer monitoring.
