A moment that I felt at rock bottom, Hannah walked in, and the room instantly lit up.
After a hard delivery, Hannah went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! She sang Happy Birthday to our sweet boy, which was so special! She got us everything we needed and even made a fun drink for Mom! She made such a difference in our experience! Like you enjoyed being at the hospital because of Hannah!

Hannah was so amazing in the way she cared about me and my baby. She genuinely cared and always made me feel better if I was feeling upset about a certain situation. She always made sure I had everything I needed and would even go the extra mile to make sure I and my baby were cared for, always coming in super positive. I will genuinely always remember Hannah as the best nurse and one of the best people I have ever known. She truly cares so deeply about her patients.

First off, let me say that I (patient's father) have not really come across a nurse who tries to make interactions with her patients as personable and caring. I mean, she took the time to show me and my mom her 3 beautiful children to have a great conversation. She made my lady comfortable with an issue she had, just a positive person that really loves her career, and you can just tell who loves what they do, and the one who tolerates what they do. So this is the father writing thank you so much for changing how I think about nurses. You certainly love your career. I wanted to say Hannah is my favorite nurse that I have met, she really does a great job, is a genuine person, and cares. I couldn't have picked a better nurse, and I wanted her to have recognition.

Hannah made our experience as first-time parents very welcoming and calming. Anything we had questions about was answered with enthusiasm, and she made all of our thoughts and concerns feel very validated. It was very clear to us that Hannah was made for this job, and we were sad not to have her on night number two.
***
All of my assigned nurses have been fantastic, but Hannah truly went above and beyond. She waited on my baby and I hand and foot. Her upbeat attitude was a breath of fresh air, especially given that I received her care during the night shift.
***
I had my little boy via cesarean; I was hoping for a VBAC, which was unsuccessful. I carried a lot of fear and guilt to the labor and delivery floor after the surgery because I felt like my body had failed me and my child. I was also extremely traumatized due to my previous emergency cesarean and its brutal recovery process. A moment that I felt at rock bottom, Hannah walked in, and the room instantly lit up. I felt a calming and comforting presence from her. She made me feel human and heard. In such a vulnerable state, she never made me feel humiliated or embarrassed. My recovery couldn’t have been more relaxing than the service and care provided by the staff, but Hannah was exceptional and will hold a spot in my heart forever. Thank you.
