Hannah Mitchell always goes above and beyond for me. From the very first day I met her, she always treated me with kindness. Not just the casual kind, the small talk, etc., but the empathetic ear I've always known I needed. Hannah always makes sure to eat a meal with me, considering the fact that I have no visitors. It made me feel good to know that someone wanted to spend time with me. She never leaves her shift without saying good night to me. She has always managed to put my needs and wants first, no matter how busy her day gets. She makes me feel like I have a true friend here at Brooks. I've watched Hannah grow into an amazing nurse over the past few months that we've spent together. Just for your information, she gives the best Lovenox shots, and I didn't feel a thing.
